It’s been awhile since I’ve posted on here, but its not because I don’t love ya, but rather because I have been soo busy.  Lot’s going on, but I wanted to stop by and let you all know that I’ll be the official host of the Music City Marathon this Saturday (4/28).

Sponsored by St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital, I have been asked to host the coverage and emcee the post-race concert immediately following the race.  St. Jude is very near and dear to my heart.  As many of you know, my niece Lily is a St. Jude patient and probably wouldn’t be here today without the amazing doctors and nurses of St. Jude.

If you’re planning on running, please look for me and come say, “Hello”.  This is one of those gigs that I’ll never forget.

So…this day only comes once a year, and I thought that I would post a fun song that my friends Jeremy Spillman and Travis Meadows wrote.  This song celebrates LOVE and everyone’s favorite sandwich…the BLT.

So…about a month ago, I shot a commercial for a great program called ‘School of the Legends’.  It’s a worldwide program that allows football fans from all over the globe connect with current and former NFL players.  To get the word out, I was asked to play the role of ‘ordinary fan’.  I’ll let the commercial speak for itself, but its been airing nationally for the past few weeks and its getting great response.  Someone just sent me the youtube link so I thought I would share it with all of you in case you haven’t seen it yet.

Hey everyone! It’s been ages since I have last posted on here, but that’s a good thing. I have been so busy that I have not been able to keep up with my own personal site! Sorry!!

Hey y’all! I have some exciting news to share with all of you. I am the new ‘special country correspondent’ for eXTRA tv! You know, the one with Mario Lopez? Yeah, that one. It all happened suddenly a few weeks back during CMA Fest in Nashville. I was on the red carpet for the CMT Awards and most recently interviewed HLN’s Robin Meade about her new album. Yep, she sings! (buy it exclusively at TARGET). So…keep checking back for updates as to when I will be on eXTRA and thanks for all of your support!
